Upgraded room to a garden suite, which was beautiful and comfortable. Delicious daily breakfast that was eagerly anticipated each morning. Helpful staff who provided recommendations and assistance with trip planning. Courteous and patient service, making guests feel well taken care of.

I had a great stay at a lovely hotel in the old town of Lijiang. The location was excellent, tucked away in a quiet part of the old town but still close to the main street. The staff were friendly and accommodating, especially the kind lady named Xiao Yu who provided helpful tips for exploring the town. The room was spacious, clean, and well-furnished, with a comfortable bed. Despite a few minor issues like a smelly toilet and a lack of knowledge about the coffee machine, the overall experience was wonderful. I appreciated the breathtaking view and the delicious food at the hotel. The staff even went above and beyond to help us with our credit card issue. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay in Lijiang.

We had a great stay at this hotel. It is located very close to the popular area, just a few minutes walk away from the center of an ancient town. Our room was spacious and had all the necessary facilities, including a lovely view of the courtyard with koi fish. the service was amazing, the staff extremely helpful and accommodating. We loved the breakfast with a great variety of dishes on offer by the common area.

The hotel could improve the payment options as some guests had issues using their credit cards, as shared in one of the reviews.

Despite being in a bustling area, the hotel had a peaceful ambiance that was perfect for a relaxing holiday. The staff were friendly, and they tried their best to make us feel welcome. We enjoyed the strong showers and comfortable beds. The hotel's excellent lighting system was a plus, and we appreciated the spacious rooms. The location was perfect for us, as it was located on the edge of the old town and close to some exciting attractions. We also appreciated the Japanese style toilets.

We also had problems with staff who could not speak enough English or did not look interested in helping us arrange trips. Though we enjoyed our stay for the most part, we would have had a much better experience if these issues were addressed.

From the private facilities to the personalized service, everything was top-notch. the stylishly decorated room had all the room advantages we could wish for, with a comfortable bed and immaculately clean bathroom. the restaurant and bar area were also excellent, serving delicious food and drinks in a sophisticated atmosphere.

The only minor issue we encountered was with the air conditioning, which didn't work quite as well as we would have liked. the staff was quick to apologize and offered to change our room immediately, which was a sign of their excellent service.
